If any of the following happens, Movin Legal could reimburse your client up to £600.00 to pay towards any legal fees, arrangement fees, survey fees & searches:

  • Gazumping by £1,000 or more

  • Structural damage that costs 10% of the purchase price to rectify

  • Down valuation of the property by more than 10%

  • Critical illness or death of any of the parties during purchase of the property

The cover lasts for 6 months.
