Working with Legal & General to deliver even more positive client outcomes

We’re driven by consumer duty and ensuring homebuyers are fully informed about the property they are purchasing. That’s why we’ve partnered with Legal & General, a trusted brand in the mortgage industry, to offer their Digital Home Survey to your clients. It provides a user-friendly report plus additional benefits beyond a traditional level 2 survey.

While not legally required, we strongly recommend discussing how a survey can help protect your clients from unforeseen costs, which can often far outweigh the report’s price.

What is a Digital Home Survey?

A Digital Home Survey (DHS) offers the same physical inspection as a RICS Level 2 Home Survey but is delivered faster—typically within 48 hours—directly to the homebuyer’s device. Its interactive, traffic-light system helps clients make informed purchasing decisions.

An experienced, qualified RICS surveyor completes the report and holds calls with the homebuyer before and after the survey to address any questions.

How can your introducers add to this service?

They can add a DHS easily via the Movin’ Legal conveyancing portal.

We pay introducers for each completed survey, providing faster income than their core business channels deliver.
